    1. Implement OpenMicroBlogging

      OpenMicroBlogging is a protocol that lets users on one mublog service subscribe to notices from users on another service. It's currently got two Open Source implementations (obviously implementations don't have to be Open Source) and about 100-150 live public sites using it.

      Supporting OMB would mean that the Rantr network grows by ~100K people overnight. And, as other services join the network, that continues to grow.

      Feel free to contact me with more info about this project; I'm the founder of Identi.ca and I think it'd be cool to have Rantr involved.

        • Bring back Rantr?

          Rantr has been dead for some time now, should i bring it back with lots more features and a new look?

            Would be good if there was an API feature to allow us to add our rantr feeds etc to our website/blog
